Harrison's Principles of Internal Medicine Volumes 1 and 2 Review

A little different from the 17th edition, this book comes in 2 volumes and an addition CD that contains chapters the book doesn't and also a few other features such as how to preform certain tests. I purchased this book for a course at my college- it wasn't required but recommended. I found that this book explained things better than some of the teachers notes and was an easy read. The included CD could have been organized better, it runs via an internet browser when opened- I think it's adobe but it opens up through which ever internet browser you use. The CD can be confusing to use and some of the features were hard to use- sometimes the volume didn't work on the included videos. Although the CD was a bit of a bust and the book is rather heavy it is a great text to get if you are interest or currently in a medical career.
