Step Up to Medicine Review

This is an amazing book. It is detailed enough to help you understand the pathophysiology, presentation, work-up, and treatments for anything you will be pimped on on rotations without wasting time. It is a lot of information but I keep going back to it over and over and over again and I've been done with 3rd year for a while now. I used it to brush up for step 2 and for my shelf exams. The only thing it doesn't cover is OB/GYN. If you're not sure or are flip flopping at all...Buy this book.
